Baruch has been a resident since 2002 and knows just about everything there is to know about Cabo San Lucas and the surrounding area.  With a degree in hospitality and tourism from the prestigious Tec de Monterrey, over 20 years of experience, and his signature pleasant demeanor, Baruch is in a league of his own when it comes to delivering excellent service and meticulous care for his clients and their properties.

Baruch manages Pacific Villa Services along with his wife Paola, who's sunny personality and natural home-maker talents are the perfect compliment to Baruch's serious, structured management style.  Among other things, Paola is an excellent cook and conversationalist as she has spent a lot of time working and studying abroad, they both speak nearly perfect English.

In their limited spare time Baruch and Paola enjoy trekking the globe to meet new people and experience new things;  at home in Cabo they enjoy spending time outdoors, with old friends and with their pets Nina, Tongolele, and Golfo.
